The need

The DPD Group were looking for a task management system which offers a simple easy to use interface, a fully mobile platform via web access, a self intuitive system and ultimately a time saving tool for our business needs, which offers a great interactive experience for all users.

 

The choice

Mainteno took our immediate attention after seeing a demonstration and performing a couple of simple test tasks, the platform more than exceeded our expectations and the team at Mainteno went above and beyond to ensure that this system was right for the DPD Group.

The result

Having tested the platform intensively, and carried out multiple trials and changing layouts and formats, along with purposely aiming to achieve to ‘break’ the system as to find any flaws…we at DPD Group could not find fault with Mainteno, the DPD Group have now openly embraced this system and an order has been placed for Mainteno to replace our current FM system.

We have a company motto of investing in ‘best technology known to man’…we believe we have achieved this with the Mainteno Task Management System.

 

From day one, working with the guys from Mainteno has been an amazing experience. They have provided a first class service throughout and ultimately been patient throughout our intensive trials, all this whilst offering great attention to detail and nothing seems to be too much effort or phase this dedicated and passionate company.
